For internet connection troubleshooter please perform the following steps:

First of all ping to the gateway

If request is not processing perform the following steps
1. Go to start menu > run; type cmd and press enter
2. Type ping 172.17.100.1 (172.17.100.1= your gateway IP) and press enter
3. If your request is processing ping to other site as same process above e.g.ping www.google.com and press enter
4. Disable and enable network connection

 

DNS Setting
1. Primary DNS 119.2.56.98
2. Secondary DNS 119.2.56.226

 

If request is not processing perform the following steps
1.Check Newtork Cable
2. Reboot Antena
3. Check IP Setting
4. Disable and enable network connection
