
First of all ping to the gateway
| If request is not processing perform the following steps |
| 1. Go to start menu > run; type cmd and press enter |
| 2. Type ping 172.17.100.1 (172.17.100.1= your gateway IP) and press enter |
| 3. If your request is processing ping to other site as same process above e.g.ping www.google.com and press enter |
| 4. Disable and enable network connection |
| DNS Setting | |
| 1. Primary DNS | 119.2.56.98 |
| 2. Secondary DNS | 119.2.56.226 |
| If request is not processing perform the following steps |
| 1.Check Newtork Cable |
| 2. Reboot Antena |
| 3. Check IP Setting |
| 4. Disable and enable network connection |
