For internet connection troubleshooter please perform the following steps:

1. First of all ping to the gateway
2. If request is not processing perform the following steps

  • Go to start menu > run; type cmd and press enter
  • Type ping 172.17.100.1 (172.17.100.1= your gateway IP) and press enter
  • If your request is processing ping to other site as same process above
    e.g.ping www.google.com and press enter
  • Disable and enable network connection
  • Reboot Antena
  • Check IP Setting

1. Primary DNS 119.2.56.98
2. Secondary DNS 119.2.56.226
