We, at radius communications, are always ready to make our services easier and trouble-free for our clients. The procedure of using the SIP Softphone starts from its installation. You can install the SIP Softphone through following simple steps. But before starting its installation, it's very important for a user to fulfill the basic installation requirement of the SIP Softphone.
- Download the dialer
- Enter Domain Address:sip.radiuscall.com
- Enter the provided username. (Optional)
- Enter the userid provided in account number
- Enter password provided in the PIN
- Click Login
- Your softphone must be in “registered and ready” status before you can make a successful call.

You need to modify few parameters

To save bandwidth, you can change "Preferred Codec" to G723.1.
Also change the "Use Pref Codec Only" to No.

- Browse your linksys device
- Admin login.
- Switch to advance new.
- Regional.
- Control Timer Value.
- Hook flash timer min:0 (Put value 0).
- Hook flash timer max:0 (Put value 0).
- Save the setting.
Note: Please press *11 from softphone/IP phone/ device connected phone to listen to your remaining balance.

13.Go to Nat Settings
