Services
Radius Communication agrees to provide the Service to the Customer and the Customer agrees to use the Service on the terms set out in this Agreement. For technical, operational and other reasons, pinitmedia shall be entitled to vary the Service. All accepted Orders for Services entered into after the effective date hereof are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, the terms of such Orders, and special terms and conditions attached to such Orders and incorporated by reference in this Agreement.
Fees and charges applicable to your service will commence from the date of connection, Rates vary and are subject to change
Access to the Website and services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond the Company's control.

Payment
You must give us a valid credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, or any other issuer then accepted by Radius Communication) when the Service is activated. Radius Communication reserves the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers. If the card expires, you close your account, your billing address changes, or the card is cancelled and replaced owing to loss or theft, you must advise Radius Communication at once.

We will issue a credit or a refund if you are charged for a call that was never completed (there was no answer). Upon verification, we will credit your account the amount charged

Registration
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in all fields indicated as mandatory when registering for the Radius Communication Services, as well as any additional information provided or any amendments made by you. As part of signing up on the Site you will choose a PIN code (“PIN”) required for access to and use of the Radius Communication Services. You are responsible for all actions that take place as a result of access to or use of the pinitmedia Services via your PIN and/or via your mobile phone (“Device”) independently of whether the access was made by yourself or by a third party using your PIN and/or Device.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you

Termination/Discontinuance of service
Radius Communication reserves the right to discontinue providing the Service generally, or to terminate your Service, at any time in its sole discretion. In addition, at any time Radius Communication may prevent use of the Radius Communication Services for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent calling patterns, excessive usage, billing irregularities and unlawful use.

 Law And Jurisdiction
This legal notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this legal notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
