RADCOM is proposing its Wireless Access service for total Internet connectivity solution to the client. RADCOM is providing a solution with its wireless connectivity directly through its NOC in Putalisadak or its five repeaters in Kathmandu.

Terms and Conditions:

1. One time installation cost is 2,500.00.
2. Refundable deposit of NRs. 2,500.00 for CPE is mandatory after installation.
3. GI pipe might be needed as per the location of the client so client have to provide the
   necessary GI pipe to hook up the wireless equipment (CPE)
4. Onsite support may take 12 hrs or more but phone support is 24 hrs and 7 days a week .
5. Radius shall ensure Internet connection to the router/computer connected directly to its
   Wireless CPE. Client shall take care of their internal LAN networking and all relating issues.
6. Wireless Equipment and accessories like power adapter, POE, antenna are properties of
   Radius. Client shall ensure proper electric supply to the Wireless equipment/accessories.
   Any equipment/accessories damaged due to poor electric supply, power surge or lightening
   will be charged as per Radius Rules and Regulations.
7. The contract period will be for one year. At least 3 months prior notice should be provided
   for the termination of a contract.
8. All Payment have to be made in advance Legal action will be taken to the defaulters as per
   the law of Nepal Government.
9. The link will be disabled after reminding a client about their dues
